Because Beejeebers products are custom-made digital items created specifically for your order, all sales are generally final.

Exceptions

We may review refund or replacement requests if:

• you were charged but did not receive your order
• there was a clear error on our end
• the delivered file was unusable or materially different from what was ordered

Fixes Before Refunds

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first. In many cases, we can fix or revise it.
