Beejeebers Refund Policy

Beejeebers sells instant digital PNG downloads. This page explains when purchases are generally final, what to do if something goes wrong, and how to ask for help with an order.

Short Version

Digital downloads are generally final

Because Beejeebers files are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after checkout, completed purchases are generally not refundable simply because the file was downloaded, the buyer changed their mind, or the buyer no longer needs the design.

That said, if there is a real problem with your order, download, or file, contact us. We want the shop to be fair and useful, and we will help when something needs attention.

Download access issues

If a download link is missing, expired, broken, or not showing after checkout, email support with your order details so we can help you access the file.

Wrong or damaged file

If the delivered file appears incorrect, incomplete, corrupt, or unusable because of a file problem, contact us and describe what happened.

Duplicate purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same item more than once, send the order details. Duplicate order issues are reviewed case by case.

Generally Not Refundable

Common cases where refunds are not usually available

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You downloaded the file and no longer need it.
  • You bought the wrong item but the file was delivered as described.
  • Your software, printer, marketplace, or production method does not support the file the way you expected.
  • You expected a physical product even though Beejeebers sells digital downloads.
  • You violated the Beejeebers license or Terms Of Service.

When we may offer a fix

Depending on the situation, Beejeebers may provide a replacement download link, resend delivery information, help troubleshoot access, correct a file issue, offer store help, or consider a refund when appropriate.

Contacting support does not guarantee a refund, but it does give us a chance to understand the issue and help.

How To Request Help

Email support with your order details

Send an email to [email protected] and include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Your order number.
  • The email address used at checkout.
  • The product name or product page URL.
  • A short description of the problem.
  • Screenshots or error messages if they help explain the issue.
Important Notes

Digital download expectations

No physical shipment

Beejeebers products are digital downloads. Nothing is mailed or physically shipped. Product pages and checkout are intended for downloadable PNG files.

License still applies

Refunds, replacements, or support help do not remove the Beejeebers license terms. Purchased files may not be resold, shared, uploaded, bundled, or redistributed as-is.

Payment processor timing

If a refund is approved, processing times may depend on Stripe, your bank, card issuer, or payment method. Beejeebers cannot control bank processing timelines.

Chargebacks and disputes

If there is a problem, please contact Beejeebers support first. We can often resolve download or order issues faster when we have the order details.
